Orders & Shipping
How long
will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery times vary based
on your location:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 working days.
- Other Areas: 4–7 working days.
Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes, we offer free express shipping on orders over ₹399.
Can I track my order?
- Yes, once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.
Payments & COD
What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept various secure payment options, including credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking.
Why is Cash on Delivery (COD) not available for my order?
- While we deliver to over 28,000+ pin codes, COD may not be available in
certain areas. In such cases, the COD option will be automatically disabled
during checkout.
What is Partial COD?
- To minimize returns and fraud, we offer Partial COD, where a portion of the payment is made in advance, and the remaining balance is paid upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are only applicable on apparel items.
For other products Contact us within 72 hours of delivery if there's an issue.
Provide a photograph indicating the problem.
We'll verify the issue and, if confirmed, reproduce or refund your order within 5 days.
How do I return my order if I'm not satisfied?

we'll assist you accordingly.
